A perfect day for golf, at a really good golf course, was the order of the day as the field of 30 golfers took their place for the shotgun start.

Great to see a dozen visitors joining us to make our numbers more respectable. We hope you enjoyed yourselves and we hope to see you again.

The field moved off at 1pm with great expectations but this course, even off the white markers, can be challenging. The group all looked satisfied with their efforts, but the scores showed only three golfers shot their handicap or better. As we come to expect of Terrey Hills, the course was in immaculate condition, with quick greens and pins in some very tight positions. The undulating fairways provided very few level stances and an extra degree of difficulty.

Golf was followed by a few drinks and some finger food in the lavish clubhouse and I am sure the day was enjoyed by all.
