Five years have passed since our last game at Ryde Parramatta and 32 eager master builder golfers were looking forward to the return.

Our regular November game at Terrey hills was cancelled due to covid and we were lucky to be accommodated at this fine course.

The weather was great , with just a light breeze and the course was in near perfect condition with quick true greens and flawless fairways.

The layout has always been a challenge with position for the approach to the green being very important. Water or the small creek comes into play on most holes and proved tricky.

The course gave up nothing with only one of our men playing to his handicap and 12 players scoring more than 30 points.

Overall a great afternoon was enjoyed by all and the evening meal was an excellent way to end our return to this wonderful track, I am sure we will be back next year.
