The annual challenge, hosted by Newcastle this year was held at Wyong Golf Club on the Central Coast.

The weather was great, and the course was in good nick, although the greens had been recently cored.

The NSW team was a little light on numbers, with 11 starters compared with about 36 players from Newcastle. Congratulations to the boys from up north as they won the day 4 matches to 1 and retained the trophy.

Great to catch up with them and enjoy golf and a nice meal after the game.
